Country coins to barnyard bills

I am having a problem in the bank. When I want to exchange my coins to bills, a writing pops up: oops, a problem occured.
I haven´t had a chance to change my money for two days now. What to do?

Do you mean that you are trying to exchange BBs for CCs as you can't exchange CCs for BBs. It will show an error message if you have no BBs to exchange to CCs.

Yes, that´s it! Every time I try change CC to BB, an error occures. For 2 days now.

You can only exchange BBs for CCs. The system is showing an error because you do not have any BBs.

I am doing something wrong, then..
I have 1 BB and over 108 000 CC. I thought, I can change the CC to BB.
How can I get more BB?

It has never been possible to exchange CCs for BBs.

The bank does hold information for obtaining BBs but this is a link also explaining how.
