Green meadow

When i go to the green meadow how do i clear the maedow it says toask my neighabors i dont have any do i need some to do so if not then what do i do?

You need, and keep, a minimum of 12 neighbours. As you add them a section of your meadow will automatically be cleared. If you use the Add Nabs link in my signature, it will explain how to add them.
