how do you get your neighbors to help clear fields?????

Your neighbors don't really clear your fields, you just have to have at least 12 neighbors to have your whole meadow cleared.

Would you be kind enough in the future to not use 'help' in the subject. It assists other players using the search function if you put your main problem in there, in this case clearing fields, for example.
