loading problems/ errors

my game isn't loading right and i clear the cache
it loads one screen on top of another and sometimes i plant a field and come back to find no crops and unfeed animals ???
and i still haven't got my reindeer from last game or heard from anyone as to what is wrong
i like this game but all the errors are too much

Please try everything in the first link below my signature. It's also a good idea to refresh your screen after planting to make sure the planting 'took'

As for your missing reindeer pen, please keep in mind that it is the holidays. Please be patient while the issue is checked.
