Eternal Grove won't accept groups

Tried to go into the Eternal Grove with other players more than once and their names stay grayed out and we can't see each other. Had to fight that nasty bear on my own and I died as a result of not having help. I would like 120 andermant please since that's what it cost to resurrect myself and not have to come back to try again from scratch. If I had been able to take help along, I probably would not be out 120 andermant. Please fix this bug and credit my account if you would if you think what I am asking is fair. Thanks in advance and great game overall except the drops for andermant and COT's could be a little more in my opinion.
