Fairy Summoning Wand

I have 4 characters and 2 of them have had objects in the Daily Login Bonus from a 4 part quest called the Fairy Summoning Wand not come across this quest yet so where does it originate from and at which level.

Yeah, I got one too.

One part, but no others so far. Is this a Daily Bonus only item or part of some other quest or feature? If it's just decorative stuff I'll toss it, but if it's a serious Item to collect, I'll hold on.

I just read on another post that someone got the wand. Perhaps it's a rare bonus gift, but it is there.

(Sorry - as pointed out to me, this is a mistake. Not going to delete it because it's been quoted. Hard to believe I can make a mistake, isn't it? Nah , but I try to average less than a mistake an hour.)

If anybody can add parts 1 and 4 and also has anybody had all 4 parts and what happens or if indeed this can be exchanged for a wand or character specific weapon.

I got the same item (Part 3 of 4) and im wondering if the daily login bonus will be around long enough for me to get all 4 parts... I really want to see what all 4 parts create

Well, I've gotten all the daily bonuses so far and no more parts except the part 3 of 4. So the chances of getting it isn't exactly high.
But considering you get a shot at it every day, I'm hopeful to get it in a few weeks. :P

Let's hope that if it's a solid weapon, it Scales with player lvl.

Well 2 of my characters have one part each but I have now a character with 3 parts here is the third.

Ordinary lock of hair from a fair maiden (1 of 4)
This fair maiden's lock of hair may be ordinary, but it must be part of all magic wands.

Lets see what the missing part is and how long before that specific character gets it and my thought is maybe the Workbench (4 items) and craft the wand. 3 So far accepted in the workbench.

Part 4 I eagerly await.

Have 3 chars, 2 have items for the wand, what does it do anyway? Summon a fairy like it's called? And then what does the fairy do? Is it an exp boost item? What is it?
