Exactly what are honor points/badges and where and how do you earn them? I currently have 25 total

Honor badges and points are awarded for PvP. Mostly in arena for large amounts (see the quest keeper in near arena in Kingshill.)

Honor points are yours forever and go towards your overall Hall of Fame Ranking.

Honor badges can be spent on items sold by the arena quest keeper. Spending your honor badges does not reduce your honor points.
