Hello,
This is Krah2 (a.k.a. schatzer, a.k.a. eiro), reporting for duty. I've come across these infamous Nebula3 System Errors in my other characters, but I never suspected that it would hit me in this character. I should have known that sooner or later it would, though. Anyway, the error in question is as follows: Nebula3 System Error Application: Drakensang Online Client Thread: Main Thread Error: Nebula Assertion expression: icon isvalid() file../..client/ui/inventorywidget.cc line:887 func: void_thiscall UI::InventoryWidget::Update EquipmentItemAtCenum Game::EquipmentSlotId I hope with that information helps. DeadSoul,
You say to clear the DSO folder and remove unwanted data. Oh no no no. I've tried that before, with the disastrous patch 37, and with horrific results. It was a full two days before I was able to get back online. Besides, I read elsewhere in the forums that clearing the folder (cache, whatever), just doesn't work. I've just gotten the game back. I don't intend to go through the hell I went through before all over again. Krah2 ID: 349882 Registered: 2672522 World Tegan |

When you delete it, the server has to resend your computer all that saved data so it can take some time. I personally delete mine everyday when I log out for the night with 0 problems since last may. the only exception to this is if you play in the downloaded client in which case you would need to delete and reinstall that as well. If the files in your DSO Client folder are corrupted it will cause these errors. that is why you see us recommend it so often
what im saying here is if the directions for deleting the information are followed correctly you should not have any issues what so ever getting back into the game. Also after the R37 patch the numerous bugs had the dev team working around the clock so the game servers were being reset at least every 30 minutes not to mention all the various issues from them tinkering with things im willing to bet after you deleted your data that this is where your other issues stemmed from |
