Guild Leaders

Hi, I'm GunGuru, the leader of the Gunrunners. My guild is a large, primarily English speaking guild that includes my best friend and my children. Because my kids play too, I'm particularly sensitive to inappropriate behavior. For this reason, I keep my guild strictly clean.

As guild leader, I am not the highest level member. Instead, I focus on helping lower level characters by teaming with them and helping them with their missions while giving gameplay advice in team chat. That is also how I get to know members and make us more of a team.

I would like to meet and discuss with some of the other guild leaders, so that we can talk and share philosophies on guild management. It would also be nice if we already know each other if there are any queries or problems.

Look forward to seeing some replies.

Hi Gunguru, nice to meet a fellah out here. Im the Forum Mod of UXH and the Guild Representative. Nah, enough with the introductions.

Majority of the players in this game does not care how important the forum is.
Mostly kids and immature teenagers. And the Devs are quite anxious on my replies since im a forum critic.

Hey, I'm not the guild leader, but I'm one of the higher officers in DeathInc.
Which I suppose speaks a bit how DeathInc works. Zshotz is Guild Master, however I feel its more ran as a team of the most active of us, making decisions and progressing the guild everyday.
We 90% of the time vote and discuss together about where we're taking the guild.

We're constantly teammed up with guild only teams, in PvP, in PvE for boss runs, and its great, its not because we're being exclusive, we just always try to put guild members first when forming things together, because otherwise whats the point in the guild?

We're not family friendly, but I'm glad to hear that there is a guild out there that is, and we're now really careful when recruiting so as to not recruit anyone too young and unsuitable to the "banter" that goes on.

The guild became how it is purely by recruiting, no rules or set things were ever put down for the guild till after it was fully formed, and I guess the people helped shape the guild into what it is, rather than the guild masters own personally ideals. I'm a little sad to see our "hey anyone can come on over" days go, because we now fully understand what we're all about, and there is so many level 40's, that recruiting lower into DeathInc, wouldn't be fair to them.
There is a DeathInc2, its mainly PvP'rs between levels 15-35, and although we're all the same guild its still going through its stages of development to get to where it needs to be at.

Oh agathon server. DeathInc is pretty hard to miss, since we lost guild chat, we take over local to chat constantly xD
