Hello everyone! I am brand new to the game, I must say it is a very enjoyable game thus far, I am impressed with it. But I do have a few questions.

1. I am finding that I do lag a lot, it almost makes the game unbearable at times, does anyone else find they lag a fair amount? (Its not FPS lag either, its a latency issue.)

2. What is the level cap?

3. How do the dungeons work? Are they instanced?

Lv40 at the moment

Not sure what do u mean by instanced, but everyone get their own copy of dungeons if they are not in group, you dont see anyone who is not in your group in the dungeon.
you only see your own loots dropped so no loots robbing.

Search for PC requirements thread, here in the forums and compare them with your hardware.

Each area is instanced to a number of players.
Each dungeon is instanced to a number of 6 players, which are in party.
Once you leave a dungeon, after few minutes it is reseted with few minor random changes, for example different positions from the monsters.
