Crystals disappearance at the Test server!

at the Test server when I teleported from Hognis Mine to Resistance command center, I opened my inventory after the teleportation process and saw that all of my Crystals of Truth are gone, disappeared @_@! This is a very bad bug. I had around 4500 Crystals of truth, so could you please fix it?!

Some additional information: Before the issue with the disappearance of all of my Crystals I did some Ethernal watch quests taken from Hognis mine! I completed them and then teleported through the Teleport pole from Hognis mine to Resistant command center (because in Hognis mine there isn't a locker - Kobolt stash) and after the teleportation I opened IMMEDIATELY my inventory and saw that all of my Crystals of truth are totally missing, disappeared!!! I made a picture (but I am unable to upload it here) and went to change the area hoping that this will fix the problem, but it didn't! After that I tried to log out and log in (sometimes this fix some problems) but when I loged out I received an "Error message about the data" but I forgot to write it down. Still all of my Crystals are missing. Some time later the same day when I tried to log in into the test server again to check is the problem solved I had the loading page but it didn't let me play the game, just saying that the connection is established!

Note: Maybe a specific quest or quests or the teleportation itself or the teleportation from a certain spot, or something else was causing the problem/s, etc. I really don't know, just trying to assist you as much as I can! I don't know are all of those issues and information related, but one thing is sure, all of my Crystals of truth just disappear from my inventory without any reason!!! I hope the Devs will help me since the English support doesn't want and they redirect me here saying that the Devs are reading daily the Test server section! So, I am stuck from some days with unplayability there and I am afraid of playing/testing there until this problem is not fixed and my Crystals of truth returned! Sincerely

Hi DungeonReaper, I would like to ask you, did you fix the Crystals problem? Because I still don't see my Crystals of Truth in my Inventory from where they did disappear because of the problem from the Test server!

Hi DungeonReaper! Can I receive related answer?! It's been already long time without no answer...

All I know is it was being looked into, but because it is the test server things can get reset. It warns you of that when you created an account there.
