Group in pvp is not working well

well, me and my friends group first before we go in arena but it never works now. everytime we enter arena, we are on different team. is this part of the new update? thanks for answering it!

Plus! the chatting and list is not working well too ... i can't pm them (Unknown User but they're Online!) and some of friends can't see my words. T.T please please fix this!! Thanks!
