Champions in Tegan Sanctuary stuck in the wells

Hi,
I encountered a bug in Tegan Sanctuary while doing a quest where you pour holy water to the 3 wells and the champions appear as a result. They appear inside the wells and are basically stuck, unable to attack me while I can attack and kill them. This happened with the left and right well, the middle one was all right.

Confirming that this has happened to me as well. I've been through that area around a dozen times total, and this occurred twice. Although it is rare, the developers have been notified.
