Cold Shock vs Refreshing Charge

First of all, i'm sorry if this thread already exits but i couldnt find it.

And second, can some expirienced SW tell me which talent is more usefull? Cold shock for frost nova or that one that replenish mana when u teleport?

The teleport mana refill. You'll probably end up ignoring Frost Nova at high levels.

I also prefer the the teleport-mana talent. It opens up so many combinations. For example you can kill a huuuge pack of strong units simply by using guardian (in a good spot), fire asteroid (or singularity), teleport back (and refill mana), use that super cool electrical thing. You can't do the same with the other skill since you run out of mana.
