R022 sees many small improvements, Kingshill has been redesigned and we have revamped the cache system to give fewer errors and greater stability


Kingshill

Fed up of running around looking for NPC shops and Quest givers.. Maybe you took a wrong turn on the ramparts and ended up in a dead end. King Harold has seen this and has ordered his craftsmen to rebuild and make Kingshill better for his loyal subjects– Kingshill has been comletly redesigned to more closey reflect a genuine medeval city and make the NPC shops and Quest givers far easier to find and access


Improved cache management

• New cache management ensures fewer errors due to defective local files or errors due to defective downloads:
• Cached files are now compressed and occupy up to 50% less disk space.
• Additional checksum testing to ensure that no outdated or corrupted files are loaded from the cache.

Note: When the game has downloaded the latest files the initial loading may take slightly longer than normal, this will only happen on the first reload after an update


Balancing

• Random generation of sockets on items has been revised to greatly increas the chances of an item having sockets

New quests

• In King Hill – you will find 2 new quests for Hagastove Grotto
• "The Potion" (Level 11 – 18) and an additional repeatable Quest can be accepted from Malyssa
• More and more quests will be added WEEKLY !

Bugfixes

• A bug that led to a game crash when the shop was closed has been fixed.
• Various crashes caused by PVP in the arena have been fixed.
• The dragon hatching eggs now explode in the correct color.
• Werian Santuary now has the correct equiptment on sale.

Audio

• In R021 we added a musical score to Kingshill to give it more atmosphere, This time in R022 we have added a new score to Grimford

Planned changes

• New music for more hubs and PvE areas.
