Ex. item and white look the same

The metal shield of dk (lv32, 37) ex. and a normal white 1 the appearance of its look the same when u equip. However green, blue and orange do show the color??!!

some items are like this i think they did not add the color properly, the same is for a rangers wolf shoulders.no matter what quility it is it always appears as a commmon(white) as a darkish green.
