Pay pal issue

Today I was trying to buy a starter pack using pay pal option, but unfortunately I was unable to do so. I received an information that my pay pal account could not be confirmed by the game. I didn't send ticket to the support because I bought the pack using the credit card option. I was wondering if other people had similar issue with the pay pal payment option.

If the credit card is option that is describe in the Donation page, if you did things that you think are right and you should receive your packet, then you should send a support ticket.
