For all of you who are either angry or upset about the DK's nerfing in the recent update, consider the following:
You can actually balance out the class without any interference from DSO developers or BigPoint by enforcing a chock point for rangers and mages. However, this will requires the cooperation of majority of DKs for this to work.
This is done by doing the following:
Since we all know that bossing groups require at least 1 dragonknight to tank, so rangers/mages can attack, and therefore get the loot. If you want to empower your class (DK), simply stop killing bosses with mages or rangers.
This way, since DragonKnights are the only ones who can achieve better gears, so to speak, from the bosses. You will greatly outgears majority of the rangers/mages who do not have access to those bosses because they do not have dragonknights to run with. Thereby, they are either forced to buy anderment gears (which majority won't because they are free to play) or stuck with low level gears. In arenas / pvp, since DKs greatly outgear ranger/mages, they will still be able to achieve better results even though the DK's skills are nerfed.
In conclusion, if you want DKs to still do well in pvp, simply stop doing your boss runs with rangers/mages. This will force them to buy anderments, or play with low level gears, or ask the developers to balance / restore DK's skill to the way before (ie. helping out DK's cause).
At the end of the day, it is really up to you, Dragonknights, if you really want to have your skills quickly restored to the way it was before, or to still remain as a competitive class in pvp even with nerf.

Bring on the flaming rangers and mages haha. I have 99.9% resistance from diamond gems and my epic dragon hide buff. xD
