Crafting

I'm wondering if there is any technique in crafting. I seem to be crafting useless gear. Any help would be greatfully appreciated ;). Due to the fact that I hate using CoT's on identifying gear that is useless to have lol.

Just use all the same lvl items. If you add 3x lv 20 items + 1x lvl 10 item, you are gonna get lvl 10 item, thats not good, you should craft 4x same lv items
