Cant identify Legendary items Even though i have sufficient COT

Hey i have 2 legendary items in my inventory and sufficient crystals of truth to identify them as i have just spent 10 US dollar, i can identify green items as i just tested and WASTED some to verify it was the lgendary items only, i am fairly aggrovated as i have spent money to use these items and now i cant...... plz advise a course of action as i have already contacted support with no response....

I had this problem and a simple reset fixed the issue... sorry to hear that, guys. That sucks.

Might try deleting the DSO folder to see if it helps. Sometimes if you don't delete the folder after a major patch update, then you'll have some files that are corrupt and don't synchronize with the server correctly.
