Greetings, my esteemed DSO team.

I would just like to offer my sincerest apolgies for my previous ranting and raving in my post "DSO Team damn lucky." I only posted that because it was late at night (for me. About 3:00 in the morning, a time at which I would never be on).

I'd only logged into the game because I thought I would be able to save my game data from the recycle bin, an idea which hit me very late last night. I thought I'd succeeded in retrieving all the game data from going to waste, but even that was for naught, as it now appears, for I still can't log into the game. :(

I realize now, after getting a bit of rest and reading the reply to my post, that my own posting was uncalled for, and I am thoroughly shamed by what I have done. I realize that the game is still in its beta stages and still has bugs to work out, and I can only say now that I need to have patience while this particular bug is chased away (hopefully for good!)

All the best in getting to the bottom of this particular kink.

schatzer -

Frustrations happen, and we all do things we later regret. Not to worry.

Hopefully you have submitted a support ticket, followed the hints at Help Us Help You (http://en.board.bigpoint.com/drasaonline/showthread.php?t=415125), and things will be resolved soon.

Please let us know when we can close this link. If you have anything to add, do so.

Thank you, Dward, for being so understanding. I have indeed submitted a support ticket; however, I believe because I'm not as great a computer expert as I imagined myself to be (and I never claimed I was), I may not have included all the pertinent information required to resolve the issue. As I'm quite sure, though, I may have accidentally erased some important data from the DSO client which was on my computer, and because of that, on top of the regular error, the game may not be starting for me. Other having one of your team to see which segment is missing, I'm afraid that data may be lost permanently.

I am not, however, such a complete dunce that I wouldn't know what to do were I to have step-by-step instructions on how to reinstall the missing sement. Thank you again.

You, me, and most of the people who use computers. If you need to, submit another support ticket.

I hope to see more of your posts on these boards as you get things working and you progress through the game.

If you still need more assistance, please use this area to post your needs: Technical Questions, Problems and Bugs (http://en.board.bigpoint.com/drasaonline/forumdisplay.php?f=2105).

For now, to prevent improper comments, I'll close this thread. See you in the game.
