i think andermant and coin, like xp should be a fixed amount gained per kill.

my example is you just killed a dragon of equal lvl, you get 100 xp 1 andermant 10 silver.

like DarkOrbit, another bigpoint game, every single thing you kill pays the same xp, uridium(andermant), and credits(coin)

unlike DarkOrbit, this amount changes based on your lvl vs the lvl of what you kill, just like xp already is setup. preventing bots running around killing low lvl monsters all day building up loot.

i am aware this would call for a whole re-balancing of costs for everything, and a lot of stuff would be raised....but

the whole farming knowing EXACTLY what you get for your time and energy means the world to me, and would make this game have much more longevity.

say i want to upgrade a weapon (this is something i would raise price alot) i know if i kill this monster 1000 times a day for 5 days i can afford it. bam, im playing the game for hours, for the next 5 days LOL. random drop doesn't allow the obsessive anal retentive gamer plot and plan and build an obsession. which anyone who plays a grind heavy game like this is obsessive, and like most obsessive, they are also compulsive. feeding the obsession of a game will only raise the players compulsion to be better and spend money and more time.

this game and others like it, can COST a lot, games like this which take hours and hours to play grinding away, can cost hundreds of dollars, should have a certain feeling of receiving a wage,

for example:

in DarkOrbit each hour i play i can farm 5-20$ of uridium (andermant)

in DSO i think 1 hour of play yields about 25 cents of andermant at most.

i know if the Devs give the players the feeling like their time is well spent, like they are "making money almost" it would make them more eager to PAY, play, play longer, and more often. making the game much better for everyone. and the better the game the more money BP will make. also the idea of saving and earning andermant watching your pile grow, only adds to the impulse to buy andermant to get there faster, buy more, get something better, ect...

well, i hope this thread gets some good replies, i hope it stays on topic
TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!
1. keep everything concerning prices and andermant drop the same.
2. keep same drop, simply lower prices of stuff
3. have set drop rate of andermant
a. raising the prices of everything
b. keeping same prices
