Quest Keepers of Balance (Herald)

So i've killed herold and taken his Head (i have it in my inventory).

Now i have to "Take possession of the head of the Herald as a powerful symbol"

What do i have to do? I have walked around in many places but can't figure it out!

I can't exactly remember how the quest went, since it was long time ago, but I remember that after you kill him, you need to click in middle part of the map ( bright circle ).
If you didn't do it the first time, I think you must kill him again, or just run to middle and try to click!
Hope it's the answer you need ;)

I killed herold again and had 2 heads and after that i was able to complete the quest. Little bug, i presume
