locked dungeon

I have the tyrmons seal fragment but I cant enter the locked dungeons.
I tried Forgotten spas of collisium and Grave od the fist durians but its just stops at dark screen with connection established. I relogin but still the screen is same so i have to logout and wait 5min to get back to Kingshill. Is the free fragment is useless?

Where do you live and wich server you play?
Also wich dungeon is that? tryed to enter another dungeon?
This will help to the Developers to look more closely to this issue
any other information will be helpfull

I live in Japan and server is Tegan.
I can enter free dungeons without any problems but when i try to enter any magic locked dungeons "connection is being established" changes to "connection established" message goes on and off and nothing happens.
I tried it with firefox and client but it was same.

This is a known issue and is being worked on by the developers. Since you have an email discussion with Support already, please continue working with them.

I Edid the 3rd Dungeon > Grave of the fist Durians..

Yes I've done it.. what I know & what I could, still no luck with Dungeon.

One thing that i noticed, that it says (Recommended level ** / 3 players) maybe it let's ONLY 3 players at the time, & we have to wait.? Idk if thats the problem.?!

No. The recommendation is only that. You can solo (assuming you can eventually get in).

Im experiencing the same problem - cant even log into the game now i bought the token

Every time i try to log in, i just get taken back to the home screen for the game. Considering ive spent a fair amount of money on this game im a little peeved :)

Problem happens on chrome after cache clean, checking it on firefox same thing happens there.

Agathon server. Phyisical location - currently UK (was in USA when i joined the game)

You can close your browser, wait 3-5 minutes, re-log into the game and you'll be able to play again. The mini-dungeon's are still having some issues. If you'd like to request a seal anderment refund, please contact Support.
