having trouble with firefox 13.0.1

im having trouble with fire fox 13.0.1 as it wont load the playing screen just comes up with a blue screen and it not good i like this game and now i cant play it i done everything that the surport guy roger told me to do and they not helpped me what can i do

You should use Google Chrome instead. It works great and you can see your logbook. The hard part is trading your items.
You need to:
1. Click on trade items
2. Make your screen smaller
3. Click anywhere on the black area by the traded items and hold the control key and use the scroll ball on your mouse to make everything smaller.
4. Click on the sell items button
5. Click on yes
6. and then close button
7. make the main screen large again
8. click on any section that is black
9. hold the control key and use the scroll ball on your mouse to make everything bigger again.
