change name

support told me that "i" cant change my account name, my question is: can the admin or any of you guys can change my name on the game? thanks

hi mischvouz, you can change your name but only for the game as your forum name is permanent. On the main web page after you log in on the right hand side of your avatar picture you will see 4 tabs, one says messages , confederations, edit account and lab. If you click on edit account you can then enter your new name you want and enter your current password and send it in. You then will have to check your email you used to register this game and deepolis will send you a confirmation email. Click the link in the email and your done, your in game name will be the new one you picked. Hope this helps. Happy hunting

i already tried that but no email is sent.. i also tried support but they say i cant change my name.. im asking if they could change it for me since i cant change it.. even if they restart my account to lvl 1 as long as i got the helix and equipment that i paid for its ok with me.. its a lvl 90 boat.. thank you

yes, since i cant change my name.. im asking if THEY can change it for me.. it would be really great if this is possible.. thank you

Hello to all!

I know this is going to sound all too simple, but,
Mischvouz: are you sure that on trying to change yr username u typed ALLOWED CHARACTERS???

It still happens to me, lool, whenever i wish to change my nick or register a new acc., i keep on forgetting that some characters cannot be entered!!

In my case it was so easy a matter as that !!

no special character just plain letters.. yet i cant change it like the rest of the game are.. so if i cant change it, why cant they change it for me since im paying in this game too.. or restart my account to change the name.. like i said they can take the level and everything except for the helix and the equipment that i paid for.. i would really appreciate it if they will come up wiith a solution with this

Hello,

When registering via a partner like facebook, the partner sets the name for you and manages the account.

Any accounts made via partners must request a name change via the partner as we can't manage that.
