What do we do

:mad:I was just old by Customer Care that older computers cant play with the high end graphics of deepolis.So does this mean that people who used to never have trouble getting in and who have spent thousands of dollars and years of playing will no longer be able to play?does bigpoint expect us to buy brand new computers so we can play on their game?i would like to know what bigpoint is doing about this because not everyone can just go buy new computers.but i know ive put enough money into this game to get a good computer so id like to know what bigpoint is going to do about this MAJOR problem

The System is Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3 registered to Dell Computer Intel(R) Pentium (R)4 CPU 2.53 GHz 504 MB of Ram. My User ID is 4203361 i play on E1 and name is CaptainGrantCarrico

Wow, even more interesting, as far as im concerned your system is more than adequate to be able to run the game, could you please describe the issue you are having?

When i hit Start Game it starts to load up and when its loaded up it hit start game than it takes about 3-4 minutes to get in game (which it used to)than my sub comes up and everything (except every once in awhile the station is missing) but a screen pops up that say Connection Lost.The connection to the central game server was interrupted.Please try reconnecting.If problems persist,take a look in the Forum for further info and try connecting again later.You can find Help and Support on the Deepolis website.And just fyi it says im on an enemy station on the left side of the screen where it says you got EP and what not.And i can see my sub and sub around me that are in radar range and fish.But once they leave my radar range i can see them for hundreds of miles.And i can move my sub and go from say Shiva to Nijam but on the way i will not find a single fish,player,flotsam or anything so really im not moving i just think i am and i also do have the latest flash player.

No offense but if you've got an old computer and are on a budget IDK that spending thousands on this game is the best idea. I'd much rather have a new computer then dump 2-3g's into this money pit...

Well it used to work just fine and i was happy with this computer and my old 1500 dollar computer was struck by lightning so why should i have to get a new computer to play this game.It used to work why not now.And the roughly 600-800 dollars ive put in this game are from before this update.And i dont have a budget im just trying to save money for a car im 14.I shouldnt have to buy a new computer when this one is just fine for everything else but this game.

I have the same problem but i can get into game after i reload it on the second time sometimes it takes 3 try's. My game use to load fast, only about 1 minute but since update on january 24th it takes about 3 minutes to load which i don't mind its just the constant reloading of game when starting now.

1 gig ram
windows xp sp3 32bit and windows 7 64bit
160 gig harddrive
512 mb video ram

I tried loggin in 19 times in a roll one night and none worked and i havent gotten in on that computer since the update
