the login screen won't recognize my username and password. i sent an email with my login info and i did not recieve it. it has been 30 minutes now and it hasn't come up. i checked other messages from deepolis that said to come back and had my info on there, and it was correct. i tried logging in three times with the info on those emails, but it would not work at all. i can log in here on the forum with the info i put, but not into the game. i'm starting to lose it because i had gotten so far on that account and now i can't get back in. please help!!:(

you might want to post your username, the server you play on, and player ID# if it's in any of the other EMails you've gotten from Deepolis. The Forum Moderators cannot help you if they only have your game name.

my username is AceofSpades52 and i use global america. none of my emails hav my ID is there any other way to get it? possibly deepolis sending me an email with it? im starting to panic a little becuz of all the work my clanmembers and i hav put into this account

try resending the email, sometimes (idk why) it doesn't go out the first time. also did you check your spam folder? it could have gotten filtered there.

also i may ask when was the last time you logged into the game? after a certain period the game deletes inactive accounts. (6 months of inactivity i think)
