Cloaks will protect your ships from enemies.. if you are smart! Your dot still appears on the mini-map and people can lock you using that. You still need to be careful with a cloak, but if you use it right, no one will find you. It is working as avertised.

And i have read darkorbit bible.
And been playing the game long enough to know how to use all the CPU's.
Im not complaining about being lock on to by other players, i am being shoot at by aliens when cloaked and if i loss connection or jump portal i loss my cloak,
No i did not shoot at any other player or alien ship.
So YES you are having Problems with the cloak [CLO4K]
If you didn't know about it,
well then you should talk to people in your company/office as you can see below i have been in contact with you before.
so can you please refund my 15000 uridium or tell me who i can complain to so i can get my uridium back i have spent good money in your game and fill rip-off
So stop giving me unreasonable answers and excuses and refund me please,
I know it cant be that hard to do!
and as i have already said is a clear point from me "the customer" that you are using false claims and advertising or at least i have received faulty goods.

am enjoying the new extra but don't have enough space for all the gear and to own a 6 slot will cost £35 with a double or £70 and to bid will cost over 75 million credits which could take weeks to collect and is not a 100%
but i also agree that an other configuration wouldn't be a good idea can we have a 5 slot for 3 million credits or even a 6 slot for 10 million credits
and also i think that as we need more uri can we have some better cargo box's just a thought, even if you had just a thew that where 500 uri it would take ages to get to 300,000
p.s i just lost connection and now have my cloak maybe there is some small bugs that need ironing out

more cloak problems
Having more problems im also being shoot at by ncp and so lost my 9000hp i got from a cargo box can you please look a these problems.
and get them sorted out.

I have tested the cloak CPU without having this issue at all.
i was clock in 1-4 then lost connection when i logged back in i had lost my cloak and had no time to prepare i shoot down by MMO.
the point of me being cloaked, so i had the element of surprise had gone and or being invisible,
apart from now using 3x cloak and not getting what i had expected i have also now used a cluster bomb including mines and xenomit and many x3 lasers which was at a total loss.
i am very frustrated as,
i have also written to you before about cloaking problems, and don't want the same reply.
which was that you tested it and had no problems.
because i have obviously had many.
so i have had no recompense and apology.

As I told on several occassions lately, don´t use the cloak CPU until we have green light from the coders that is 100% working.

That is the thing, not everybody have the problem, most users can use it without trouble, I have a dozen users that have issues, this is the people I asked to wait until we know more, I used it without any trouble at all.

which brings us back round too when you fixing this and the insta-shield and the disappearing lasers, along with the rockets that won't fire... also the defected lab, how about this... gotta be near a month now all these where finally acknowledged,, but yet that little bug in prom update seems too have been ironed out,,, oh yes of course that benefits us...
im am still waiting on the up date on the cloack and have been noticing that my insta-shields are not working to have just spent ages doing galaxy gate alpha and beta and won my rewards of lots of x4 whites and uri and have spent alot i materializer getting lots of smart bombs and xemomit.
but looks like im wasting them all god know how much i have waisted do any of the new cpu's relay work or are they just for show.
what the point ?

They do work fine, some users have problems though, this is the difficulty in finding an error that only a minority of users have, I see what I can do while you wait.
