if you go to the techinical problems in the forum all you see if bloody "my galaxy gate screwed up" so we all have to buy new computers then? that what your trying to tell us
my computer is 2 months old so they prob dont last as long as they used to..
just sort it out for a change since ripping players of money isnt really what a company as BP should do is it
If you read many of my post yesterday, I checked on every single ID we were given, some people that got a disconnection due to our server or the b-day gate incident, got their gates back. Many tried them again and came back complaining about disconnections. I tell you as I told them, it is NOT our server causing this. All this users try at different hours and they got disconnection on peak hours and on hours with less players online. If the disconnections are not on our server we can´t give you back the gate, in your case, I dubbel checked, not our server. Sorry but we were nice and have been spending tons of time in the gate matters and yours is not something due to a problem related to us. I already told you of the issues we know, I did 2 different gates in the UK yesterday, nothing wrong there.
