what do i do i cant use the space map i press start it comes up in a new window but doesnt load just stays there with the tips it snormally shows and im really anoyed cus its been doin it for about 2 hrs

ive tryed his account and i get in
he uses IE same as me and has tryed the FAQ too but nothing has worked
he gets to the loading page but nothing after wat could it be we have deleted his temp files too
any help would be appretiated

Did you try the tips at the FAQ section? Emptying cache, pop-up blocker, firewall?
the space map wont load! help
