Default Authorization failed!

i keep getting a message on my chat saying, System: Authorization failed!

i dont know what to do or what has happened, heres my user id

I got this tool, randomly reconnected and then got the System: Authorization failed!

Okay this should really be in the Tech section for once, but you have two ways to sort the problem...

1. You could clear your cache or ideally run a full C-cleaner

2. The above option sometimes doesn't work so i suggest resetting your router and checking your flash players

Its not just him though its me too, same time, i cleared my cache tonight. Its clearly not a problem my end...

Thankyou for your answers popcorn1616 and *WRAITHDART*[WANTED].

This can sometimes be due to old data, so making sure that you have cleared your Browser and FlashPlayer caches (and Java, if installed) is always a first step. You should also check that your software is up-to-date - especially Java, since this directly affects the Chat system.

If you have recently updated your Java software, then you may need to manually remove any previous versions, since it sometimes does not do this automatically. You can find more details in >> THIS << thread.
Note: The current software is now Java Version 7, Update 17.

If you have continued problems, it would be best to post in the Technical section with your User ID and server.

total_control - There is no problem with your actual account (I tested to check), so there must be some issue with your computer set-up.

If there is no improvement after today's daily server reset, try rebooting your computer - hopefully, that might clear out whatever is causing the problem.

i have checked on 2 different accounts and its the same message?, i wanted to ask if its an ip ban?

i have restarted and its still the same, i guess im going to have to call this a perma chat ban ='(
