cargo problem

Recently i have noticed a couple of problems with regards to cargo,
i will collect my cargo and sometimes it takes a very long time to collect or it wont collect at all(yes i have the room for it in cargo bay).
When i sell cargo it will not always be sold and still be in my cargo bay although i have sold it, when refining my cargo will sometimes still show zero in the game window even though i have just freed up some space by refining.
Anyone else had these problems and/or know whats the problem is?

yes,also same problem with engine update and some of the gates...i am sure they will fix it soon

Its stupid again!

I cant refine my cargo., i get it all refined, and i have to go all the way back to 3-1 to have my Hold updated. Its kinda tiring the amount of problems that arise on this game, and the excuses made by the people who are meant to be fixing them.
id be more happy to spend more money if they could say, 'yeah we got a problem, we are trying to fix it'
instead i get fobbed off with quotes of YOUR SERVER shut you down, or YOUR CONNECTION isnt any good, or WE DIDNT DO ANYTHING

Funny how the whole CLAN are experiencing the same problems. Maybe my internet connection is screwing them too??

It seems to be that it is taking a long time for things to happen, for example i refined my cargo but it was 10minutes untill this actually happened and i was able to collect cargo again.

I just tested that and it happend instantly. Could you please check that again?

Hi and yes i have tested it again and i still have the problem although it does not appear to be as bad as it was
