Default Support email

Hello,
I've been unable to recieve emails:
-Password changing
-Username changing
-Email address changing
- Special offers or events
-Password forgotten
I also wrote to support about the issue and received no reply on the subject and today i realised that i once had a virus that sent false information to my contacts including dark orbit. Seeing as i can not contact them i am stuck on what to do.... Please help me in this issue.

You mentioned that you have had an issue with a virus, Have you cleared that problem up?

I would suggest that you attempt to follow these instructions and try whitelisting your email account.

Because the system has an email verification process and the support team cannot do anything manually for you all emails and user information must be changed via the email verification links sent to the users register email address.

I hope that this information will assist you in resolving your problem.

Yes, the virus has been cleared from my inbox but i still face the issue of when i go to password forgotten and i enter the email i get this "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later." whereas with my other emails it is fine. ive whitelisted darkorbit's email as the faq said but what else can i do now that ive done that?

When you go through the Help tab on you home page, it says support... when contacting the support team through that portal - you get no email response. Or you have not tried?

If you have not tried contacting support, I would suggest that you do that and ask if the email address matches the ship account. that way you can verify the information is still intact.

however we have had several players experiencing this same issue with the error message and this is something they are working on.

I would suggest that you try my first suggestion to be safe.

yes, ive tried to contact them several times over the past few weeks(the latest being sunday) and no reply has come back from any of my attempts.... so i guess i have to wait till they fix the issue?

No, i still cannot change any of my information. its been like this for months now and started bugging me a few weeks a go. i even emailed support and they was replying then a week ago today i dint get a reply from my latest email. not sure what to do just want this resolved. please?

If support has not replied to you since your last interaction, you can message them again by replying to the last message/reply you received on that particular ticket you made for this problem.
