The Origin of DarkOrbit - Old Beginnings

This is an Introduction to how Dark Orbit came about, in this Story of Myths like Gorlana, Greeders also known as Lurkers, come into a great play with a nice plot to bring out the story to seem true as possible to match up with the the game itself. I will be adding to it from time to time, but for now, hope you like what i have for you all so far, hope you enjoy it and Safe Flight Space Pilots.

The Beginning

Five Hundred and Sixty two years ago, in the far out reach of space, Somewhere out there lived a Mixed number of humans. They lived on a planet known as Gorlana. They lived in a Solar System Similar to that of Earth, Orbiting around a sun, except their Sun was soon to be no more. They named their Solar System, "The Orbit of Light". Every planet that Orbited their Sun would be filled with Bright shining Light as if it was Bursting out of the Sun. There would be no night, only day but it was very beautiful like the Sunniest day you could ever have. The humans of Gorlana Lived a Happy and Prosperous life filled with Joy and Laughter by every face, and every New Born...Until the day of Dark Reborn.

After years of happiness that the Humans of Gorlana had, sad to say that it was all coming to an end. The planet Gorlana was not the only planet consisting of Life, But it was the only planet consisting of life with pure happiness and fruitful habitats. Not too far from Their Solar System, Lived also humans, humans with intentions of greed. They arrived in the Solar system undetected by Gorlana's Satellite. They landed on a near by planet next to Gorlana Known as Kristallon planet. It was no place for life, It consisted of Complete ice and had Intense freezing temperature way below Zero Degrees. How could these strangers live on this planet without dying? how did they stay alive?. Luckily for them, the rays from the sun was intense enough to melt the ice giving an even temperature where the light shined. They were able to survive, but in order to stay alive they had to stay under the rays of the sun, which means from time to time while the planet rotates and it gets darker, they would gather on their ship and fly to the end of the light. However this constant moving was not wise, they had no knowledge about the habitat of Kristallon planet except it was exceptional to live on. They found out more about it 3 days after their arrival...they were not alone.

Still, Gorlana's Satellite could not pick up any frequencies from the visitors ship, either the planet Kristallon was too far away or the temperature of the planet interfered with the Signal. On Gorlana, they had a Leader known as Cosandra, A Queen and a General. Gorlana had Advanced technologies that gave them a lead of survival in their Solar System and in the Universe. Without their Technology they would have perished years before. The planets around their Sun consisted of Aliens, Some of them are aggressive and some of them are peaceful if left alone. There are a total of 12 planets in Gorlana's Solar System, all of them but two are homes of Aliens. The other one besides Gorlana that consisted of life by humans is known as, "The planet of Greed". It alone (when viewed through a Hi-Tech Telescope) Spins on its Axes and had very little of the Sun's light. It had Similar Temperature to that of Kristallon planet when the Sun is shining on it. This would give an answer as to why the Strangers from The planet of Greed could withstand the temperature of Kristallon planet...but they have never had to deal with the aggression of the Aliens. These Lurkers had a Great Surprise awaiting them.

Out of the clear blisty sky of Kristallon planet, came a shout in the Communicator to every single Communication Controller that could pick it up, "MAYDAY! MAYDAY, I AM GOING DOWN, I GOT HIT BY SOMETHING!!AHHH". Screams and shouts could be heard by all that had a Communicator Controller, and there and then...Gorlana knew they had visitors...but it would not be them alone doing the visiting. "AHHH!!! I'VE CRASHED AND ALL OF THE OXYGE__", the communication of the ship that went down got cut off at their last breath. The rest of the Lurkers started to feel scared and worried, wondering "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON OUT THERE", said one of the Lurkers. Once Gorlana picked up on the feed, they Sent a search party to acquire more information about the screams and shouts on Kristallon planet. Gorlana had ships that was made for battle, Investigations and Spy ships. Their ships were as good as their technologies. In the list of ships they had the Goliath - made for Battle, The Vengeance, Made for battle and sometimes used to spy on the Aliens, They had a ship known as the BigBoy - this ship is considered an antique because it was one of the first ships to be made, They only started off with two. The first ship was known as the Phoenix. It was a small egg shaped pod that had minimum fuel to travel into space. These were the only ships they had thus far.

The General of Gorlana Ordered a round up of three of their best Pilots to go and see what happened on Kristallon planet. These Three Pilots go by the names, Gorpa - A huge fellow, Grenhow - A short guy with a stomach to match his smack talks, and least and finally, The leader of this search party, Pestel. Pestel is one of the leading Pilots that has been Deployed to accomplish Dangerous Missions, Pestel was around Average hight, had a nice face that had all the girls screaming for him, and he also had a like for the General, Though Cosandra was not one for love, she would often lead him on. They got ready to Deploy, Pestel's ship was a Goliath, named GreenHorn, Gorga's ship was also a Goliath, it was named DeathWish, and Grenhow's ship was also a Goliath, named Starlite. They all deployed heading straight toward Kristallon planet. "Captain Pestel", said one of the TeleCommunicators over the Communication Controller, "Remember this is a mission to acquire information on the feed that we recieved and not a raid party". "Roger that", replied Pestel. They shot off at great speed, and soon they arrived, "Hey Pestel this is Gorpa west wing, i see alot of Kristallons moving down there", "Roger that Gorg" said Pestel. "Someone had to have disturbed them, normally the little ones would stray and attack Gorlana...but its been 5 months that haven't happened..i see the small ones moving around" Pestel said to the team. When they arrived on the planet, through their side mirrors they could see dead bodies and pieces of a huge wrecked ship, it seemed now that the Greedy people far away came their way...this could only mean one thing to Pestel. "Keep your eyes peeled and look out for any Greeders (what they called the people of Greed planet)" Pestel said to the team. They gathered all the information they could about the wreckage and reported it back to the Defense Station on Gorlana.

They got ready to head back until. "PEW PEW PEW PEW SHKKKSHHKKK PEW--BOOM", attacks started to come from several Kristallons and a pack of little Kristallons, shooting down Grenhow's ship. Pestel Flipped his ship back around and locked onto one of the Kristallons and Killed it in 4 shots with a round of UCB and RSB ammo. Gorpa shot down the little ones, but more and more came at them. Pestel shot a UCB ammo at one of the little ones..but sadly it hit one of their mother ships..Known as the Boss K. It got aggrivated and shot a blast directly at Pestel, it came so close by his ship that it damaged three of his lasers. They put up a fight killing most of the Kristallons, killing all the little ones, but the Big one was being Stubborn. Finally they finished killing all the Kristallons and smaller Kristallons, now it was the Boss K's turn to be annihilated. They blasted it to nothing with Two Smart Bombs, then they got ready to fly back home to Gorlana.

After they left, with all the distractions by the Aliens, they failed to see that there was a ship below the Blisty mist of Kristallon planet. This ship with everyone onboard saw the Two Goliaths Fighting, it was like nothing they have seen before. Their ship compared to the Goliath was shrubbery, and was made of weak metal pieces. Unfortunately, Pestel and Gorga also failed to bring back the ship with them, they didn't want to go down and get it, and risk having more Kristallons attack them, and follow them back to their home planet. The lurkers in the shadow that survived quickly hooked the shot down Goliath to their ship and throw the body out in deep space. They went back to their home planet. This was not good for the humans of Gorlana..the Greeders had little skill in technology but they could master repairing ships and building from scrap. Stories on Gorlana would be told that they are Space Pirates, or Mutated Aliens...maybe both. The truth was...they are greedy, and will stop at nothing to take what they think should be theirs. once they had intel of Gorlana's ship Technology, right away they started to work on it, rebuilding it, and master Piloting it....they accomplished it all, now they seek to Multiply it...and begin a war that would soon bring an end to not only Gorlana, but the Solar System as they know it.

Gorlana began prepping for any invasions by the Kristallons, they have ways of following ships back to their planet...which is why there are so many Alien planets and only so many human planets. Out of the 12 planets, only 2 was inhabited by humans, and they fought to keep it that way. General Cosandra knew this would not be the last they deal with with Kristallonians...a big battle was soon to come, the General did not sit around day by day awaiting it, she took it very very very...Seriously.

ok so a light year is distance not a time measure and no offense but the names in this seem like star trek or sumthin not earth and all that but i guess its okay

Well i am learning something i learned already all over again lol. When i was writing this story i was just going with the flow, then i would make any corrections needed after. And no offense taken, If there are Errors they should be pointed out for correction, and they are not of Earth,
