Special Characters

If you would like to use letters like these<< Ð, ™,

>> etc, in your name.
On your computer, go to Start>>All programs>>Accessories>System Tools>>
Character Map>> pick the symbols(letters) you would like to use click
select and then copy, open up notepad/wordpad, and click on paste. Go
into your username data,copy and paste your new name into the fields,
and you should be finished, but be aware that not all characters will
copy over onto the user data, you might have to try several to find one
that works. To save your name as a file so you can just copy-n-paste
whenever you log in, make sure that you select UTF8 in the drop down menu.

To enter these codes make sure Num Lock is on.
Then hold in Alt and type in the number code and the character will appear.
On a laptop hold in Fn and and look for the key with the NumLk sign on it.
Then hold in ALT and press the number keys that the numbers that are on the letters.
Then put NumLk off by holding in Fn and pressing the key with the NumLk sign on it.
