I seem to be having a problem where my rockets are stacking up without me actually having the rockets on board. The bar on my ship window says I have over 3,000 rockets, but when I added up what I had in storage, I had just over 500.
However, the BDR-01 (Birthday Rockets) do not apply for capacity purposes. The totals of the items in green will determine the amount of rocket capacity you have used.
To be able to buy more eco rockets you can use the rocket buy cpu (RB-CPU) now. It costs 15k uri in shop or alternatively can be purchased on trade if you do not already have it.
If you were to sell all the ACM-1 mines then you would not have any to use for other things such as Insta Shield & Smart Bombs.

Nerumph - As m4rsmonster has mentioned, the ECO-10 have only just been recently added to the Auto Rocket-Buy CPU. You will be able to obtain ECO-10 rockets over the capacity limit, if the CPU purchases them for you.
This is the recommended option, as ACM-01 are also needed for other CPU functions, however if you still require more space you can sell them if you wish. It would depend on how frequently you use them. I would also do a check to make sure that you are not carrying excess rockets of a type which you may not use (example: R-310) - it may be better to sell these off to get some more space.
It's a pleasant surprise to hear that the ecos are not part of the buy CPU. One last question, can you equip multiple rocket purchasing cpu's to buy ecos and the 2026's?
