Addicted to Bidding ?

I only make 50k credits per run after I buy ammo. So technically I make 100k per 5000 laser runs. The bad thing is.. I save like 150k and start bidding on stuff like armor, weapons, extras, stuff below full elite. Long story short, I don't know what to do next. Could someone post their equipments ?

Lv 9 Nostromo
6 MP1
4 x 10 speed + 1x 5k shield 60% + 1x 4k shield 70% + 2x 2k shield 40%
Cargo doubler, CPU 3, Repair 2
Flak drone with MP1

dont ever mix different types of shields, stick with the best shields u have. otherwise, they will lower the total percentage of damage absorbability.

oh sh** i tought it would all absorb to the best shield's rate
now i have 9 256k's and 1 10k u shield

Actually, the amount is calculated based on your whole setup, so although you may have a lowered absorption amount, the additional shields more than make up for it. As long as the amount is over 50/50 (51/49 to shields) than the additional shields will help you more than hurt you.

well if u have, lets say, 10 10K shields, and one 5K credit shield, u will still get a percentage of 67% in terms of absorbability, if i remember correctly.

if u have just 1 or 2 elite shields, yea its true, the rest credit shields still help some, but if u have more elite shields than credit shields on board, i'd say better get rid of the cheap shields.

aw man, at least you have a vengence. I was thinking about just start upgrading then get a bigboy, and then get a vengence. I'm so scared of bidding, lost almost 500-600 on LF2 and second engine. I won only one time. Its pretty bad huh ? I need to start saving up..

lol im addicted also usually bid 6k on 3-5 extras then sell what i dont want fast money without logging on lol and idk wat to do with my quips

6 16k sheilds rest 16k engines and 7 mp1 and 3 drones with mp1 on each
slot extender 50k bot cargo expand auto repair and 2x rocket

wow, how well do you do ? hate it like it ?

Just bid 190k on LF2 and lost.. wow.. that's the whole 2hrs savings...

I do 410 dmg max, pretty good, would like to upgrade to a better laser.
