Here is a basic guide how to contact Support more properly so you can receive even better support from Supporters. They are here to provide you technical support for game products and game itself. You can contact Support through contact form and there are 3 ways:
First way is from game backpage (mainpage). In top right corner click Help, in new window there is link to Support (a, Pic 4), click on it and it will open you Support Contact Form (Pic 3).
Second way is from www.darkorbit.com just click on Legal information under login form (1), shown on Pic 1. In new window in middle there is Support form link (2), like shown on Pic 2 below. Klick on it and it will open you Support Contact Form, like shown on Pic 3 below.
Either way will lead you to Support Contact Form. When you have an issue or a question be sure to choose your Type of request (a), you can choose from Game problem, Payment problem and General Question, shown on Pic 3. After you choose Type of request write your email in empty box next to where it says E-mail (c, Pic3), however if you open Support Contact Form from Game mainpage while you are loged in game, Email box will automatically be filled for you (your game account email). If you are opening Contact Form using First or Third way, you will have to enter Your User Name and User ID (b), shown on Pic 3. After this in empty box next to Description (d, Pic 3), write your inquiry or question.
If you choose General Question, please be sure to check Forums first and search for an answer there, many questions about game have been answered already, and almost all info about game can be found on forums simply by using Search Option. You can access forums through Game mainpage, click on Help in top right of mainpage then click on Forum link in new window (b, Pic 4).
Remember to be polite when sending an inquiry to Support , everyone likes when others treat you with respect. Supporters are humans too and are very busy, sometimes answering thousands and thousands emails per day.
At the end enter Code (a1, Pic 3) in empty box next to where it says Enter Code (a2, Pic 3), and click on Send (a3, Pic 3) button.

Please remember payment issues are dealt with payment support, you can send an inquiry to payment support if you choose Payment problem under Type of request (a, Pic 3).
It will open you a new window, fill the form with infos needed in order to process your inquiry. After you select payment method used, you will be able to enter more information needed, please enter all info needed. Remember that all fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory.
After you select payment method you used and fill all mandatory fields, you can attach a file if you have more additional information about your purchase, after you are done click Send, and after you click send you will receive automatically sent email with your ticket number and your password. After that you need to wait for an answer from Payment Support. You can check status of your ticket if you go to My tickets on top of payment support form, enter your ticket number and your password and you will see your ticket status.
Supporters are not working over the weekend, and it may take up to 72 hours to receive a respond from Support.
