i love it.
almost unlimited cloak ability. and cheap too. soon be ten a penny on bids. waste an emp to decloak someone. and instantly recloaked. makes the emp for use as a decloaker virtually worthless. or even pointless.
every hunter. including groups will be flying everywhere cloaked.
