i dont care if it was leftocvers or not, you should have either waitred 8 secoinds for teh cargo to turn yellow. teh fact that you didnt just means that you are a cargo tief, and your company has every right to kill you. i would join in also. if i, like so many otyher players, can stay above 0 honor, then surely you can. although it is hard to regain your honor. it is part of life. if yo cant stay above it, then you will be hunted until you are above the 0 mark. and i dont care if it takes you 1000 kills to do that. just gte on with it. 1000 kills aint so hard, and you can get a fair bit of creds along the way.
The current cargo thiefs have been stopped. The 8 sec. rule on cargo boxes has created a new type of cargo thief.People that wouldent normally steal cargo in the past are doing it now.???.Anyone agree?
i actually disagree. 8 secinds is more than enough time to collect teh debris from aliens or other ships. if you dont collect it, shame on you. but if you have full cargo, then someone will be able to take it, which i rewckon is unfair. if anyone steals my cargo, they get a laser their way, its as simple as that. unlesss we are on a clan hunt, in which case, i allow them to collect it, if they beat me to it.
It's a change in game stradigy that im seeing goli's in wait saving there lazers and bulling themselves on top of the cargo of a large kill and waiting 8 sec's.Stealing cargon with no dis-honer,and saving a ton of lazers. The struggling player working his way up just has to take it.

i agree with pedro 100%! if u cant do the time dont do the crime! i NEVER even picked up the remains from a goli when i started-i just sat there next to him and worked on the ONE streuner while he killed all the rest then took my cargo and was on my merry way-how hard is that??? not very. also, you r killing someone from ur own company FOR WAT?? a lil glowing light??? even in very big cargo u would only end up getting less then 50k creds (BOSS Kris) and is a mere 50k gonna break the bank on anyone?? my answer is suck it up and kill another one i mean u still got the ep and some creds AND some uri for the kill and all the thief gets away with is ONLY creds-big friggin woopty doo. u dont have to kill ur own company so dont UNLESS u want a fine of exponential honor. u can put this scenario to real life too- if u steal for the first time ever u will prolly get some kind of slap on the wrist with a HUGE apology. if u do it again u will prolly have to pay even greater and if u get caught a third time..........etc etc. very simple and i will only repeat this once-u r bored sitting at a base right now cuz u spent ur time like a thief in the beginning and ur deservin a "time-out" from play with all the other kids on the playground.

have a nice day
exactly. if people thief, i kill em. if they dont, i leave them in peace. me and my clan actually go on Outlaw hunt sometimes, at least me another player in the clan do so. we do this to teach them a lesson.
OMG!!! Consequences for my choices... HOW UNFAIR!!!
We all make choices within the game.
DarkOrbit/BigPoint has been pretty clear from DAY ONE that Cargo Theft and Own Company Kills are not desired behaviors.
You chose to ignore that and created lots of irritation for players who chose to follow the rules as stated.
A "wrist slap" wasn't working so DO/BP added teeth to the sanctions
"Magically" and "unfairly" (in your estimation) your choices to skirt or outright violate have caught up with you.
I am soooooooo very sorry you reaped what you sowed.... NOT!!!
You have always had the choice to play the game with a little bit of honor by verifying your sight picture (don't purposefully kill your friends) and being aware of what you take from space (don't purposefully steal from others). That your inability to "get" that simple thing in the game with repeated warnings is now being rewarded by what you consider Draconian measures is quite entertaining to most legitimate players.
You are getting EXACTLY what your proactive choices have earned you: Please either chose to accept that you earned this (maybe not by meaning to), that you can chose to stop the behavior that is causing you distress and recover over time, take on the "Outlaw" mantel full tilt and become the "best of the worst", quit driving your BMW (few legit players care to hear your mock outrage), or find a different game to play where the consequences are more to your liking.
You are where your choices were advertised to put you (finally). This is a good thing: you "got" exactly what you "paid" for, nothing more and nothing less. Since you were warned all along, your time for "Buyers Remorse" is LONG gone...

You guys dont understand, because you obviously didnt read my posts.
I'm not stupid...of course there should be penalty for stealing. And there were penalties, like you got less credit for your cargo when selling them etc etc.
But suddenly, and now I'm talking about my own experience... I was collecting leftovers. Switched from 1-1 to 1-2 and suddenly the cargo was blue...before I got it, it was too late. I had picked up too many leftovers. I was marked outlaw and suddenly I was getting killed everywhere... So my question to you is...
Is my crime soo bad that I should stop playing?
This new "kill all outlaws" no matter if they trying to get back to positive honor is a death penalty to each outlawed player. They will be bored to death in neutral zones with no chance to kill enough enemies to become "inlaw" :-) In other words DarkOrbit will loose alot of players due to a nonbalanced honor system.
Thank you for reading, let´s see how many forgiving people we have out there
