LAG LAG LAG, and complete shutout from site

The lag is soooooooo bad and I paid to become a premium member of this site, and Ive been denied to actually get in the site. I'm not gonna pay money for a game that does this and does this so often. As a paid premium member I want to be repaid for the premium time that I missed out on and paid for. Hopefully you make this right, because I do like this game without all the tech problems, especially being denied access to the site being a premium member, never heard of that.

yes i to have been haveing these problems it is very frustrating.. this is the only thing that keeps me intertained any more...i dont like it when im bored^^

I understand that you are angry about the lag. The premium compensation fro all users also applies to the existing premium members.
The 2 months get added to your current premium membership, therefore you are not missing out on the compensation.

As soon as the new data center is in place the lag will be history.
