Hello, I am Vorlon. I have been on the team for a year and have been on the game over 1100 days.
I have been a CM/SMOD/ and now a FM in my time being here.
I love this team and will continue to be on here and support them.

I suppose I will make a "story" about myself. So Urageek has something to read :-P
Space, never ending and always mysterious. We had dreams of going to space, seeing what is really out there. Once we had the means, we built space crafts. Large bulky spaceships.
We traveled for years, searching for life beyond the stars, hoping to learn and grow.
Oh, we found something alright, things we could not imagin. We found ships called "Moderators" and "Support" We were unsure what to think of them all, they were far more advanced than us. They taught us on how to build our own ships, they made designs of these ships.
Our technical people built these space crafts, from small to big. There was one Moderator who showed us more, Vorlon taught us about jump gates. Years after us finding these Moderators/Supports, our large race split into three groups. Mars, Earth, Venus. The supporters made the jump gate designs, one for each group to have as their own.
Vorlon was one of the ancient moderators who helped us along, showed us these new weapons called "lasers" It was an interesting weapon, deadly when used against on another. He showed us these new floating robots they called Flax drones, and Iris drones.
Our civilization became powerful by each year, soon we grew tired of our simple x-1 x-2 x-3 x-4 maps. We wanted more, Vorlon gave us more. He warned us only death would come if we make you these portals. We ignored his warning, days after the portals were built, we turned on each other. We shot on each other causing one of the biggest wars in our own race.
We killed each other for weeks, months, years. This turned into company wars, each company waged war on each other. There were hidden rules in combat, If an EIC saw a VRU in MMO space, they would only attack the MMO. If an MMO attacked EIC maps, and a VRU came by, they would help each other. And so on and so forth.
As war continued, the Support and Moderator teams watched over us, helping us along. Watching over us, once and a while they would come to us in flying saucers.
When they, we attacked them without thinking. Soon after us attacking them, more of them came. 10, 20. They pushed us back into our maps for attacking them.
We sent war to them, soon enough they vanished. Leaving hidden traps in our own maps, traps such as NPC gates. From Streuners to BKs, they multiplied after a while. Soon they were in all of our home maps, we fought them but they kept rebuilding. We can't find the portals that bring them back.
It was one of the many curses they put on us for our betrayal, many years we would find an old jump portal with strange markings. We were curious to find out what it was. The moderators and Supporters never told us about this gate, we fought for days for this portal. Who knows what power it would unlock? If any company would get this, it could over power the other companies!
Soon after one of the companies took it and toyed with the ancient portal, it turned on. We were doomed from the start. They came in groups, so many ships, many maps controlled by this unknown enemy. After further investigation, we learned what this was. A final trap from the Moderator and Supporters, they called them the Reapers. Weeks went by as they attacked us, we were running scared. It was only a matter of days before they destroyed the rest of us.
But when we though all was lost, something emerged out of the black abyss of space. Waves of Moderator and support ships attacked the reaper fleet, pushing them out of each and every map. Vorlon had a group of his own race guarding the Reaper portal. We forced them back into their own prison, once all of them were in there, Vorlon's forces attacked the portal. Damaging it to where it would not be able to open again.
Vorlon took the portal and dismantled it, spreading the pieces of each gate part across the far ends of the radiation zones of each map. Never to be used again.
The Moderators and Supporters came back for us, giving our race another chance.
Many of the older moderators have vanished with time, some have gone beyond the rim, we still have a few of the ancient Moderator and Support groups. We are small but we are wise and powerful. To this day we still watch over the newer races, giving them technology as we seem fit.
The Vorlons have been here, they have always been here. We will continue to watch over you, even when you do not want us.
