Lost live in Beta by bug

12:33 (gmt -4) i lost life in me gg beta and now i'm without it , i tried to report the problem to PT mods , but they didnt get my problem.. (when the game crashed ,my browser cant enter again on DarkOrbit , 10min later i tried and entered , when i read my start page , said i was killed by npc... on the chat ppl said to me , their game were crashed also..plz help me , i spent my money trying to complete this gate..
