The +1 GMT means the following 1hour ahed of normal uk GMT time

Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is the same all year around.

+1 hour ahead of uk time so the event will be 1pm are time and 2pm there time and 2pm there time is when it starts so be on for i would say 20min before to set up configs and stuff

If you are on at 9pm your time tonight in a few yours find a world clock and look up Germany think i am correct with the work outs above
