Just some advice when doing the gamma gate. Unlike A and B gates, doing flyovers directly over the pack is a bad idea. Most of the time you don't get hit by more then one, but sometimes you get hit by all of them in the A gate which hurts, but won't kill you. However in the gamma gate, taking a full blast from 80 LK can cause death, plus when everything fires it will lag you a bit and possibly cause you to get hit again.... and that's pretty much death even with a full speed/shield config. Try doing a straight line slightly next to the pack so you only see a few of them. You'll be able to target one of them without having to worry about the whole pack hitting you.
I'm not saying you were doing it wrong or anything, but I just thought I'd pass this info along to you if/when you get your gamma gate reset.
