NAZ reminders

If you attempt to attack at least 10 times while in a NAZ in 60 seconds or less, a text banner something like this should be displayed:

"HEY N00B - WHAT PART OF 'NO ATTACK ZONE' DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND???"

And what are you attempting to accomplish with this "n00b alert" feature?

1st- There is already a read out saying no attack zone, we dont need 2
2nd- Randomly calling people noobs gets you nowhere (as z-hawk says)
3rd- Some naz are only for a certain amount of time, so some people will spam attack inorder to shoot them when their naz fails.
