This game is fast turning into a joke!

I have just popped twice in my alpha gate because the game page froze. I have been having this problem for about a month now but it has been getting progressively worse. I have the latest flash, java and firefox and i clean my cache and do everything you tell us to do to make sure the game runs smoothly. But yet i still have freezing. Just now the game froze for about 15 minutes so i ran from corner to corner to make sure i didnt pop then after 15 minutes it diconnects me and i had to log out i then looked on backpage and i had popped. It is a joke that we can not even play the game that some of us spend hundreds of pounds on. We pay you money and then you cant even give us a good service. If you don't sort this out then i got a feeling that i and many more will quit this game and play something else.

Sorry but you have had too many resets now. While you are clearly having problems and have been for a while we do have many hundreds of people completing gates with no problem. You should contact support regarding this now.
