This is not a technical question or a bug. The best thing to do is have a word with him to make him change it. If he dosen't want to cooperate there's nothing you can really do...

As posted above you will need to have a talk with them or something,as this is a copy cat they will copy your name and they will try give you a bad name this happens a few of the good players in the game so what you need to do it just have a chat and try reason with them,
