galaxy gate prob

i was doing my galaxy gate Y last time and i lag almost 1 min but my ingame chat is still going i take a rest for awhile bec i thought that day is not a good day to go to gg and today i decided to finish my gates but i got disconnected inside my galaxygate Y and popped 2x now i lost my gateY..can u help me pls bec i spent too much uri to build it, its my first time doing my gateY..i've done several gates and i finished my gates a and b even theres a lil bit lag(almost 10secs lag) bec its not that hard..everyday before i turn off my comp i clean the cache and optimising the flashplayer,im spending money to buy uri so i can build a gate and then got popped bec of lag can anyone help me with this prob i want my gateY back pls..

I have a gate problem as well. I already had my ring for my beta gate. I beat the alpha two days ago and never got my second ring. I emailed support and never got a response. How do I get my ring? I don't want to have to play it again.

i got no prob with the rewards.. my only prob was when im doing gates it makes me lag or get disconnected inside but when im in the maps its like normal no lags..

Anthe, no word on my second ring??? I would rater not have to do the gate and waste the ammo a second time.

Airmax, On your account you have completed 2 Alpha gates, you have a failed beta gate from April, and you have a gamma up with one life left. You also sompleted last years birthday gate.

So from that, the only gates you have completed is an alpha so thats one ring. In order to get another you will need to complete a beta or a gamma or a delta. Completing another alpha will not get you more rings.
